Tongs re-opened on St. Valentines Day in 2009 with a new modern Filipino style and the new name AAA Diamond Tongs The old established Tongs reputation for excellent cuisine has been maintained and enhanced. We continue to serve oysters (talaba) together with many other Chinese and Filipino specialties. Tongs is a family friendly restaurant that caters for parties and special events.
