Mr A Restaurant is one of the most affordable restaurants up on the Lower Busay Heights in the Nivel Hills, just past the Marco Polo Hotel. Eat indoors or when the weather is good tables are set outside providing some great views of the city of Cebu while you eat. Food is more Filipino orientated. While just below the restaurant is Mr A Cafe, a coffee shop (open 3 pm - 1.30am) for a more relaxed atmosphere. The place also has a couple of pool tables with some of the best views in town.
