SM Prime Holdings will open SM Seaside City Cebu in November 27, 2015, located at the South Road Properties, Cebu City, making it the largest in the Philippines (dwarfing probably the current holder, the SM MOA at Pasay City in Metro Manila) and the 4th largest in the world.

If the MOA has a spherical globe in its entrance, The SM Seaside has a cube symbolizing the durability and strength, in tribute for the Cebuano's' traits and resilience.

SM Seaside City Cebu is a circle-shaped shopping and retail haven, a 5-story, including its basement and multiple anchors, building that comprised a 2-story Department Store, SM Hyper mart, a five –theatre Cineplex and IMAX Theatre, an 18-lane SM Bowling and Amusement Centre, more than 1,000 retail stalls and a food court flanking an ice skating rink. The Mall is the third SM in Cebu and designed by Arquitectonica (an American-based company) that designed some of SM’s giant Malls.
