Ayala Mall Central Bloc is finally open
Cebu’s 2nd Ayala Mall is finally open, in time for the most celebrated Christmas season!
The new mall will have 4 digital cinemas, 500 stores, 5 levels of retail development, an indoor activity center, a fashion gallery, a basement supermarket, food choices, and a 3-level basement parking for customers and mall-goers.
The top-of-the-line mall is located within Cebu City’s IT Park and is a part of the 2.2-hectare Central Block Project owned by Ayala Land.
The project is being developed by Cebu Holdings Incorporated. Consequently, the Ayala Malls Central Block will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 45,000sqm, one of Cebu’s largest commercial spaces in one location.
