Blue Elephant is an Asian restaurant that specializes in Asian Fusion cuisine. Their first branch is located in IT Park but for a spectacular view of the city, go to their latest expansion at Apple One Building in Cebu Park District which is called Sky Lounge.
This place gives busy people within the city a great place to unwind and enjoy a 360 view of Cebu City’s night scape with a good bottle of beer or a cocktail and great food.

Blue Elephant Sky Lounge caters to an open-air lounge, The rooftop lounge has gorgeous views overlooking the Ayala Center Cebu shopping mall and the rest of the business district. The food also great and a romantic dinner to celebrate Anniversary.
