Cebu City has been a consistent travel destination because of the diverse attractions and shopping havens the historic but modern city offers. Aside from the Cebu City’s amazing tourism, food, and natural wonders, the city is an emerging ‘creative city’ that maximizes its potential for a more ‘creative economy’.

The report reiterates that “Unesco brings these creative cities together to work towards a common mission, which is to place creativity, and the creative economy at the core of the urban developments to make cities safe, resilient, inclusive, and sustainable.”
