Three Cebuanos are among the top 10 examinees in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET-Elementary) conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last September. The results were released last December 1. Number 5 is Rebekah Louise Mendrez Rosito of Cebu Normal University with a rating of 90.80%. The ninth place is taken by Kyn Noel Punay Pestaño of the University of San Carlos with a rating of 90% while the tenth placer is Roxan Jane Pesalbon Arenas of Cebu Technological University-San Francisco with a rating of 89.80%. In the number 1 spot is Joshua Sebigan Canseco of Mindanao State University- Gen. Santos City, Anjo Jurado Literatus of St. Mary’s College-Tagum, and Kezia Keren Ambag of the Philippine Normal University-Mindanao, all with a passing grade of 92.60%.
